I’ve written this off in the past because I thought you’d have to get super-ripped for this to be true. But today after a fitness-class I haven’t taken in a while, and realising that I practically hadn’t broken a sweat, I had an epiphany; it’s actually true - and I’m already miles ahead from where I was when I started. Yeah, me! :-)

Reason #365 to lose weight and get healthy

So here it is, people - the last installment in my 365reasons-project. For the last year, I have posted one of those motiational pictures every day at 8am :-)
I hope you have enjoyed the ride - I know I have enjoyed coming up with all of them.
